In honor of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s fifth anniversary, Nintendo revealed plans for a special event and some new libations last month. The Japanese firm has just announced the new spirits in an update.
The 11th of January 2024 marks the beginning of a five-day period during which these libations will be available for purchase. Characters from Pikmin 4, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and Splatoon 3 are also part of the lineup.
For five days starting 1/11, new spirits from various series’ latest titles, such as The Legend of #Zelda: #TearsOfTheKingdom and #Splatoon3, will be making their way to the #SmashBrosUltimate Spirit Board! Defeating them in combat will result in a higher gold reward than normal, as said. The event last month gave gamers the chance to gain food, SP, and extra experience points. Read our earlier articles on Nintendo Life to find out more.
Also, on February 16, 2024, you’ll be able to get your hands on Kingdom Hearts Sora, the last Smash Bros. Ultimate amiibo.
