The OnePlus One will now be available for purchase without an invite every Tuesday of the week from 12 AM PST. The OnePlus One has been dubbed the flagship killer because of its cheap price and high-end specs that compete with smartphones above the $700 mark, like the Galaxy S5 and LG G3. The OnePlus One isn’t the best phone you can find out there, but it certainly has the biggest value for the money.
OnePlus has taken to their blog to let fans know that starting tomorrow, you will be able to buy the OnePlus One in the store, although you only have a 24 hour window each Tuesday. The decision marks a new milestone for the Chinese company as they are trying to expand their business and are gaining enough revenue to meet the huge demands. You will be able to buy the OnePlus One of your choice, either in white with 16 GB internal storage or in black with 64 GB internal storage. The same prices will apply as until today.
The invite system won’t be going away, as the rest of the weekdays you will be able to claim your invite if you have one. If you are an Indian customers, you should also know that tomorrow, the first Tuesday in the promotion, you will be able to buy the OnePlus One from Amazon.in without an invite. OnePlus is rapidly expanding, to India, China and Europe this year and they have already announced that they are working on the successor of the OnePlus One, accurately named the Two. We don’t know when the new smartphone will be launched, but we do know that we should mark February 12 in our calendars, as the company’s new custom ROM, OxygenOS will be unveiled on that day.
