PUBG may be getting overshadowed currently due to the juggernaut that is Fortnite, but that’s not to say that the game isn’t still going strong. While the Xbox One port leaves something to be desired, the mobile port in particular is a solid experience. That version of the game has a new update that brings Mission Impossible Fallout skins to the game.
The update comes in at 20 MB on iOS and Android, and it allows you to unlock various themed items from the movie. Music from the movie is also set to be included, as well as outfits and parachutes. The outfits are unlockable only during the campaign. New challenges have also been added to the Team Rush, Survival and First Person modes.
A trailer was also released that shows this crossover event off briefly, which you can check out at the bottom of this post.
PUBG Mobile launched on both iOS and Android devices in March of this year, and the response has been very positive. For those unfamiliar with the game, it pits you against 99 other players in a battle to be the last man standing. What’s unique about the game is that players are slowly pushed to the center of the map as the match wages on, which eventually forces players to take each other on rather than hiding the whole time. It usually results in a pulse-pounding experience that you should definitely check out.
