Dungeon Fighter Online can be easily described as a beat-em-up MMO. Originally released in America in late 2009, Dungeon Fighter Online was unfortunately shut down in June of 2013. This left many fans of the game clamoring to try and find a way to bring their beloved Dungeon Fighter Online back. Those prayers were answered this week, as Dungeon Fighter Online announced that it would be returning with an open beta from March 24th to April 13th.
Dungeon Fighter Online features eight playable classes to choose from, ranging from fighters to priests. The gameplay is likened to 2D classics such as Golden Axe or Final Fight, so any fans of the brawler genre will feel right at home with Dungeon Fighter Online. Since the game is currently in open beta and is free to download, there is no reason to not give it a shot. The game currently features controller support, although it is unclear whether it is 100% function or not at this time.
If you are interested in downloading the open beta for Dungeon Fighter Online, you can do so on their official site. Be forewarned, however, that the game had a population of over 300 million unique users at one point, and the servers are chock full at the time. This means that you may experience trouble logging into the servers, so keep that in mind if you are going to play Dungeon Fighter Online at this time.
