Galax launches its custom Hall of Fame GTX 970 and GTX 980 cards

Galax, the reinvented gaming peripheral manufacturer is constantly finding new ways of delivering premium products which aim to be different from what the top competition has to offer. With that in mind, Galax engineers have redesigned in custom Hall of Fame tradition, Nvidia’s high-end Maxwell graphics cards: the Geforce GTX 970 and GTX 980. The Hall of Fame series are well known for their massive overclocking potential and only the best Nvidia GPUs are selected for Galax’s in-house HOF upgrades. Most definitely, the GTX 900 Maxwell cards qualify for the custom job. Both GTX 970 HOF and GTX 980 HOF have been fitted with a custom white PCB, ultra-premium components, and a 7 heatpipe triple fan cooling system to provide reduced operating temperatures required in an extensive overclocking setup.

Users will now be able to push the limits of the Maxwell GM204 GPU to achieve the highest level of performance yet. Galax also employs an exclusive HyperBoost technology which acts like a hardware turbocharger which ensures a significant power boost at the push of a button.
