As usual, most of the tech consumers can already imagine how Apple’s next flagship will look like. In this case we are talking about the next iPhone 6 and the truth is that we get excited every time a new leak is spotted. This time, new iPhone 6 leaked photos came up on a Taiwanese singer and actor’s Weibo page. The phone in the picture looks considerably bigger than the iPhone 5. Some other differences can be easily observed, like the power button that has been moved to the right. This is not the first time Jimmy Lin reveals pictures or well-founded rumors about upcoming mobile devices so he can be considered a trustworthy source. The pictures posted by him can be seen here.
The photos he has taken are not professional photos and they do not seem edited at all. The 4.7-inch screen and the good grip are very similar to the rumors we have been hearing so far. The iPhone 6 leaked photos might be the first real photos of the device. The artist added up a short description of the device he is holding next to the iPhone 5: “4.7-inch screen, power shifted to the right, no-built in antenna coated outside, in addition to the previous right-angle design, feel more rounded. Larger screen, good grip, often more convenient to brush down the family to watch the video text, it is also good slip slippery!”
It is still unknown where he got the phone from and if this is the real deal. He hasn’t made any comments in regards to the source but he is definitely a leaker when it comes to upcoming models. This fall, we will know for sure if the information was accurate, when the iPhone 6 will be released. Once its released we will be able to tell if Jimmy Lin was right or it was just a coincidence that the rumors about the iPhone 5 were true. Hopefully, Apple’s trend of releasing the next flagship in September-October will continue. Some rumors inform that the phone might be coming even earlier, sometimes in August, but no official date has been set yet. Once its released we will be able to tell if Jimmy Lin was right or it was just a coincidence that the rumors about the iPhone 5 were true.
