The latest gameplay trailer for The Sims 4 shows off the upcoming game’s impressive character creation and customization tools. The new system that goes by the name of Create A Sim allows you to make pretty much any kind of Sim you can imagine.
Create A Sim uses “reinvented technology” which is more intuitive and more powerful than the creation tools used by the previous games. The advanced system lets you simply drag around facial feature when creating a Sim, rather than browsing through tedious menus. There is also a detailed mode in which regions that can be customized are highlighted in order to make things a bit more easier for you.
The system offers a wide range of accessories as well. Amongst them you can find outfits, jewelry, tattoos, make-up, and much more. Create A Sim also includes several more options with which you can make your Sim more realistic, or the complete opposite if you like. These options allow you to change the personality, voice, movement and behavior of the Sims in order to make them more to your liking. The Sims 4 will be a vast improvement over its predecessor, and includes some more innovative features besides the Create A Sim tool. Some of these features can be seen below.
“Intelligence – Your Sims move and act more naturally than ever before, from multitasking to expressing their emotions by the way they walk. Choose the personalities of your Sims, select their aspirations, and explore the depth of their lifelong goals through your Sims’ thoughts, social skills, careers, and memories.”
“Emotional Depth – For the first time, Sims feel and express emotions. Your Sims can experience a diverse range and depth of emotional states and are influenced through other Sims, actions, events, memories, or even by the clothing and objects you choose. Emotions offer you more choice by giving you the opportunity to create richer stories with even more possibilities.”
“Vibrant Neighborhoods -Chose among brilliant and diverse lots for your Sims to live in. Vivid visuals bring your Sim’s home to life.”
“Rich Rewards – Earn new objects, outfits, and traits by completing events, discovering collectables, and unlocking achievements.”
